How soon do you need my flowers to preserve them?   As soon as possible.
The process can only preserve "what" we start with.  We can restore some color but we cannot
bring back to life, dead or rotten flowers.  This is the primary reason we offer a pick-up service
right to your event site.

How do I keep them well until you get them?  DO NOT FREEZE THEM but keep them cool
and hydrated.  You can even mist the tops with water too.  Then be sure we get them as
soon as possible.

My flowers are a few days old, can you still preserve them?  Yes.
If they are in good condition (hydrated and kept cool), they can be freeze-dried.
Note that flowers may look healthier than they really are.  Some flowers are cut very
short for arrangement - these flowers seldom last more than 36 hours even in hydrated foam.

Can I get my flowers preserved from a destination wedding? Yes.
You will have to ship them "priority overnight" and packed with some form of cold source, such as dry
ice.  It is important, however, to not let the flowers contact the ice directly.  They must also be packed
so that they do not move during shipment to reduce the risk of damage.  Your wedding event planner or
manager at your destination location may be a good source for assistance.  Please let us know in
advance if you are doing this so we can give them immediate attention upon their arrival.

My flowers are old and air-dried, can I still have them preserved?  Yes.
We cannot freeze-dry them but typically we can improve there durability by restoring some color
(if not completely lost) and treating them to resist moisture, shedding, and shattering.
Note that such flowers cannot be made to look as good as fresh-cut, freeze-dried flowers.

Do I have to have my entire bouquet preserved?  No.
We will preserve what you request and give you as much consultation as you need
to decide on an attractive design.

How much does it cost?  Bouquet preservations average $245-325.  Some clients choose to have
only a portion of their bouquet preserved and the cost is less.  You only have to add the cost of the
enclosure you choose.

How will my flowers be positioned in the display?  Typical views are a top view
where the buds are the focal point or a side view where the stems or holder are visible.

Can I have other things included in my display?  Yes.
In fact, related items give both an attractive look and more meaning to your display.

How long will my preserved flowers last?  Many, many years.

Are some flowers better than others for preserving?  Yes.
Roses do well.  Calla Lilies are quite a challenge because their life cycle as a cut flower is
delicate and short.  Some colors do better than others also but they all look nice when preserved.
As a general rule, if the flower is delicate, it is more difficult to preserve.

How long does it take to get my flowers back?  Generally, about 5-10 weeks.
To freeze-dry, post-treat, reassemble and mount your flowers will take approximately 2-4 weeks.
Additional time may be needed for your custom display depending on your choices and how soon you
make them.  The schedule of freeze-drying cycles is also a factor.
